A recruiter who believes hiring should be human, not transactional.
After years working in recruitment and alongside fast-growing tech companies, Elisa Escobar kept seeing the same thing: job searches that felt cold, hiring processes that dragged on, and great people missing out on the right opportunities not because they weren’t qualified, but because the system wasn’t built with people in mind.
So she decided to build something better.
Talent Matchmaking was born out of a desire to make hiring feel more human. Elisa believes in real conversations, honest feedback, and finding roles that truly fit not just on paper, but in culture, values, and ambition. She brings warmth, clarity, and deep industry know-how to every search.
